Sheroes on the Move

The author, artist of the Sheroes exhibition and initiator of the Bilili BD comic festival in Brazzaville, Joëlle Epée Mandengue, is a guest at the Weltkulturen Museum. In conversation, she highlights the diversity of the African comic scene, discusses her own artistic work and her role as an advisor to the exhibition at the Weltkulturen Museum.

At the same time, she will offer insights into the next stage of the project: the journey of the ‘Sheroes’ to the Republic of the Congo, where the heroines and their stories will continue to have an impact as part of the Bilili BD Festival and facilitate new encounters.
