This practice combines physical exercises, deep breathing and meditation. Together we learn to reduce stress, build physical strength and achieve mental clarity.
Kemetic Yoga offers all practitioners a way to connect with inner peace and holistically enhance well-being. Regardless of previous experience, you are welcome to discover the transformative power of this movement.
