With yoga teacher Tasha QuaynorWe immerse ourselves in Kemetic Yoga (Smai Tawi), an ancient, holistic, Afrocentric form of yoga from the Nile Valley. This practice combines physical exercises, deep breathing and meditation. Together we learn to reduce stress, build physical strength and achieve mental clarity.
Kemetic Yoga offers all practitioners a way to connect with inner peace and holistically enhance well-being. Regardless of previous experience, you are welcome to discover the transformative power of this movement.
Suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners.

This workshop invites us to write. It doesn't matter whether we've already filled entire notebooks or simply want to try our hand at writing for the first time. Under the guidance of author Chantal-Fleur Sandjon, we will discover our own voice in writing step by step and find our place on the page.
No previous experience is necessary.
Sandjon is the winner of the 2023 German Youth Literature Prize for her coming-of-age novel ‘Die Sonne, so strahlend und Schwarz’ (The Sun, So Bright and Black), published by Thienemann.
For teenagers and young adults, multilingual writing welcome.
