Joblinge Writing Workshop

Since April 2012, the Weltkulturen Museum has been a cooperation partner in the Joblinge project. In this two-day writing workshop, through engaging with the current exhibition and a series of written tasks, young people are supported in exploring their own ideas of identity, discovering their possible effects, and experimenting with a more flexible approach. The workshop leverages the process of writing to open up more self-determined spaces in dealing with one’s own identity and how it is represented, and to experience the museum as an open environment.
The Joblinge project is designed for young people under 25 years old who are registered as looking for work or vocational training.

The project is realised by Phyllis Kiehl and Phillip Haines together with the Joblinge gAG.
